PIÑA COLADA BLUES

Ingredients

• 2 parts Wipeout Coconut Liqueur
• 1 1/2 parts Maison Blue Curacao
• 4 parts pineapple juice
• 1 part coconut cream

Method

1. Combine the coconut liqueur, pineapple juice and coconut cream in a blender with a handful of ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and top with Blue Curacao.
4. Garnish with fresh pineapple and a cherry.
