Ingredients
- 2 parts Wipeout Coconut Liqueur
- 1 1/2 parts Maison Blue Curacao
- 4 parts pineapple juice
- 1 part coconut cream
Method
- Combine the coconut liqueur, pineapple juice and coconut cream in a blender with a handful of ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with Blue Curacao.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple and a cherry.
